Class Pack Purchase Terms

3.1 What a pack is
A class pack is a one-time purchase of a fixed number of reformer pilates class credits. It is not a membership. There is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and no ongoing commitment. It is not a health club "contract for services" in the sense of a term membership.
3.2 Packs offered
Welcome Pack (2 classes, $44, new clients only, one per person, valid one month from purchase); 5 classes ($190, valid three months from purchase); 10 classes ($360, valid four months from purchase); 20 classes ($600, valid six months from purchase); 30 classes ($780, valid nine months from purchase). Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any applicable sales tax.
3.3 Expiry
Each pack expires on the date shown at checkout and repeated in your receipt. Unused credits expire on that date. Expiry dates are strict; we will not extend a pack because you did not use it. In genuine hardship (documented medical, bereavement) we may agree a one-time extension of up to thirty days at our discretion.
3.4 Refunds and transfers
Packs are non-refundable after the three-day cancellation right in section 3.5 and non-transferable between people. Credits from a pack cannot be moved to another account or resold.
3.5 Three-day cancellation right
You may cancel a pack purchase and receive a full refund within three business days of purchase, provided you have not used any of the credits. To cancel, use "Cancel purchase" in your account, or email info@pilatesocialclub.com. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method within ten business days.
3.6 Where and how you use credits
Credits are usable at any PSC NYC studio and any class format we offer, subject to availability, and are subject to the Booking, Cancellation and Studio Policies.
3.7 Promotional codes
Promotional discounts apply as described in the code's terms, are limited to one per customer per code unless stated, are not combinable, and cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed.
3.8 Reservation, not payment
A booked class holds a credit against your pack until the class runs, is cancelled by you, or a no-show is recorded, at which point the credit is used per the Booking policies.
3.9 Sales tax
New York State does not currently impose sales tax on group fitness instruction, but this may change. If sales tax is required by law, we will add it to the price shown.
3.10 Consumer complaints
Complaints may be sent to info@pilatesocialclub.com. You also have the right to complain to the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection.
