Booking, Cancellation and Studio Policies

4.1 Booking
Book through your account. A class is confirmed only when you receive an in-app confirmation and email.
4.2 Cancellation window
You may cancel a booked class free of charge up to twelve hours before the class start time. Cancellations inside twelve hours forfeit the credit. This applies to memberships, packs and drop-ins. We do not charge a separate cash fee on top of the forfeited credit.
4.3 Waitlist
If a class is full you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens more than twelve hours out you will be notified and auto-booked, subject to your notification settings. Inside twelve hours we will only add you if you have opted in for last-minute waitlist notifications. If you are auto-booked and cannot attend, cancel at once; the twelve-hour rule applies.
4.4 Late arrival
For your safety and to avoid disruption we do not admit anyone more than five minutes after class start. Your spot may be released to the waitlist at that point; the credit is used.
4.5 No-shows
A booked class you do not attend and did not cancel is a no-show. The credit is used. Repeated no-shows (three within any ninety-day window) may lead to a temporary booking restriction; we will contact you first.
4.6 Reformer setup and equipment
You must arrive on time to receive the safety briefing at your first class, must set springs and straps as instructed, must not adjust another participant's equipment, and must let the instructor know if you have a concern about the equipment during class.
4.7 What to wear
Grip socks are required. We sell them at the studio. Do not wear jewellery that can catch in springs. Long hair should be tied back.
4.8 What to bring, what to leave
Cubbies and hooks are available for personal items. Do not leave valuables in the studio unattended. We are not the bailee of your belongings; PSC is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of items brought into the studio, to the fullest extent allowed by law, and nothing in this sentence releases PSC from liability for its own negligence in the care of the studio spaces themselves.
4.9 Guests
Guests may not enter the class area, only reception and, once class ends, the studio floor to meet you.
4.10 Age
In-studio participation is 16 and over. 16 and 17 year olds require a parent or legal guardian's in-person signature on the Participation Agreement before their first class, and must attend classes in a manner consistent with any conditions the guardian sets.
4.11 Pregnancy, injury, medical conditions
Please tell us before class begins. We will do our best to accommodate. This is not a reason to be denied service. We may ask that you have a physician's clearance in specific circumstances, consistent with New York State and New York City Human Rights Law and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
4.12 Freezes
Membership freezes are governed by section 2.8 of the Membership Agreement. Pack expiry dates are set at purchase and do not freeze; see Class Pack Terms section 3.3.
4.13 Suspension for safety or conduct
We may cancel a booking, refuse entry, or suspend or terminate any account for behaviour that materially breaches these policies or the Community Conduct policy, or that poses a safety risk to others. Except where the risk requires immediate action, we will give you an opportunity to be heard, and a pro-rata refund of unused prepaid credits for the affected month or pack.
Refund policy summary
- Three-day cancellation. Full refund on any purchase within 3 business days, if no classes are used. Refunded within 10 business days.
- Memberships. Cancel any time; effective end of current paid month. Fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Packs. Non-refundable after 3 business days. Non-transferable. Expiry dates are strict.
- Drop-ins. Non-refundable once booked; cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before class.
- In cases of documented hardship we may agree a partial refund, credit or extension at our discretion.
