1.1 Who we are: Pilates Social Club LLC ("PSC"), a New York LLC. Studios: 91 Washington Street, New York NY 10006 and 201 East 56th Street, 2nd Floor, New York NY 10022.

1.2 What this page covers: Your use of our website. Product terms (memberships, packs, drop-ins) are separate; if there is any conflict the product-specific document controls.

1.3 Age: 18+ to create an account or buy. In-studio: 16+, and 16 or 17 year olds require a parent or legal guardian to sign the Participation Agreement in person before their first class.

​

1.4 Your account: You are responsible for anything done under your account. Give us accurate information at signup and keep it current. Do not share your login. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.

​

1.5 What you can and cannot do: Browse services, buy them for your own use, book classes, manage your account. You may NOT: interfere with the site, use scraping or automated tools, resell or transfer credits or memberships, misuse promotional codes, impersonate another person, send unlawful or harassing material, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of it.

1.6 Content: All text, images, video, schedules, class descriptions, brand names and logos are owned by PSC or licensed to PSC. Personal, non-commercial use only.

1.7 User submissions: If you post a review, tag us, or send us a photo, you grant PSC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content in promotion, subject to the Photography, Recording and Media Policy.

1.8 Third-party services: Site uses third-party services (payments, scheduling, email, analytics, video, chat). Their terms and privacy notices apply; identified in Privacy Notice.

1.9 Changes: We may change the site, services, prices going forward, and these Terms. Material changes affecting active purchases (e.g., Membership Agreement) will be emailed and take effect per paragraph 2.16 of the Membership Agreement.

1.10 Disclaimer: Nothing on the site is medical, physical therapy, chiropractic, nutritional or psychological advice. Class descriptions do not diagnose or treat any condition, do not promise weight loss, injury recovery, cosmetic results or any specific fitness outcome. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme.

1.11 Limitation on the website itself: Website provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. Nothing here releases PSC from liability for our own negligence or for personal injury caused by our negligence in the studios. Under New York General Obligations Law section 5-326, any such release would be void.

1.12 Governing law: New York law. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in New York County, New York. Does not limit small claims or government agency complaints.

1.13 No class actions: Disputes brought individually, not as class action, collective action, or representative action, to the extent permitted by NY and federal law.
